The Greene County Virginia Economic Development Authority Board

	Julia Morris, Chair A Commercial Loan Officer for Virginia National Bank in Charlottesville, Julia Morris has been a GCEDA Board member since March 2003 and has served as Board Treasurer for two years. She has over 20 years of financial experience and has earned her Series 6 and 63 investment licenses. Julia also serves as Board Treasurer for Stanardsville Area Revitalization. She completed her Associate Degree in Business Administration. Julia has been a resident of Greene County since 1988. She lives with her family in Ruckersville.

	Marianne Shepard, Vice Chair Marianne Shepard, AAMS®, is a financial advisor with Edward Jones with an office located in Ruckersville. Specializing in Wealth Management Strategies, Marianne has differentiated herself through complete family coaching, from the kindergarten student through to great grandparenthood. She earned her bachelor's degree at Ohio State University as a computer science and math major. Marianne relocated to this area 4 years ago and has served in several volunteer organizations.

	Adrian Shifflett, Treasurer Financial Advisor for the University of Virginia Community Credit Union, serving the Ruckersville and Pantops locations, Adrian Shifflett was appointed to the GCEDA Board, March 2006. He has over seven years of financial experience and has earned five licenses. Adrian completed his BBA from James Madison University with a concentration in finance. A resident of Greene County since 1974, Adrian lives in the community with family and friends.

	Greg Spence, Secretary President of Techni-Pak, LLC in Ruckersville, a contract packager dealing primarily in the printing, publishing, optical disc and cosmetics industries, Greg Spence has been a GCEDA Board member since March 2003. He has 22 years experience in the manufacturing industry and in business development. Greg completed college coursework in human resource management, safety and risks administration. He has been a resident of Greene County since 1992 and lives with his family in Stanardsville.

	G. Willis Logan President of the Virginia Wine of the Month Club, a retail sales business that specializes in Virginia-made products, Willis Logan has been a GCEDA Board member since 2005. He has over ten years experience in government and retail business management. He also serves on the Stanardsville Area Revitalization Board and the Virginia Food and Beverage Board. 	Jeri Allen , Board of Supervisors Liaison Appointed EDA Board liaison January, 2008, Jeri served four years on the Greene County Planning Commission and is now in her second term as a Greene County Supervisor. She is also on the Boards of the Rapidan Service Authority, the Thomas Jefferson Planning District and the Piedmont Workforce Network. Jeri has 25 years of business experience at Genesco, Timex and Redding Consultants, a management consulting firm in Fairfield, CT. She and her husband have lived in Ruckersville since 1993.

	Anthony Herring, Planning Commission Liaison Anthony Herring was appointed to the Greene County Planning Commission by the Board of Supervisors and was elected as the liaison to the EDA Board. He has over twenty years experience in building operations, sales and community development. Anthony completed his BBA from James Madison University. He is a lifelong resident of Greene County.
